1985

Food for Work

Our work in natural resource management began with "Food for Work" initiatives — localised, tactical interventions that laid the groundwork for everything that followed, even as they addressed only pieces of a much larger problem.

The Integrated Ecosystem Approach

A pivotal strategic shift: we moved from piece-meal projects to integrated planning built around farming families themselves. "Beneficiaries" became stewards — and environmental impact became something built to last.
