Policy Update

The Organisation for the Development of People has all the necessary policies for the protection of all. Organisational policies help guide decision-making within the organisation. Policies and procedures are important in helping an organisation to run smoothly. Every organisation needs policies and procedures to operate effectively and successfully. Policies guide the organisation and reduce the risk of liability. In addition, they promote consistency across the organisation for both employees and customers. The staff consistency builds a healthy reputation for the organisation.

Without adequate and well-developed policies and procedures, there are no rules. And unfortunately, without defined rules, people create their own. So clearly, policies & procedures are essential to successfully running an organisation.  The polices placed in ODP are the HR policy, Gender policy, Finance policy, Environment policy, HIV/AIDS policy, PME policy, POSH and CPP policies.
